There are two main documents that define the purpose and governance of IDOS.

First is the

Articles of Incorporation

This document defines our purpose and high level governance structure.  It is the document filed with the State of Utah that gives IDOS it's official non-profit corporation status.

Second, is the

Bylaws

This document further defines the governance structure and the processes at a high level that IDOS will follow to accomplish the purpose or charter from the Articles of Incorporation.
