Jiffy Corn Light Bread

Well this is int a cake nor is it a corn bread. its kinda both and I figured it would be best posted here. I found the recipe somewhere online, I think on the Jiffy Mix site, I don't remember. But it makes a great sweet and moist corn type of bread or cake or "brake" to try.I used milk instead of water in the cake mix and it made a much richer and better tasting "brake"

Jiffy Corn Light Bread

Take one regular size yellow cake mix and 2 Jiffy cornbread mixes. Mix the cake according to the directions on the box and the cornbread mixes according to their directions and combine. Makes a huge loaf in a 12 inch oven. For a smaller amount, use 1 Jiffy cornbread mix and 1 Jiffy yellow cake mix. That would be the equivalent size of 1 regular cake mix for a 9 by 11 pan or small DO. There's never a crumb left when I make this for one group or another.

Add Corn to it cream corn it not good idea. idid that by not paying attention to what I grabbed.. sure reall corn and use the something cream corn from the stock..

I wouldnt add corn to corn light bread. Just my preference
